The free search option gives a ton of information about a person, including contact details (current and past addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses), as well as other data, like family and neighbor information, birth year, marital status, links to social media profiles, and property information.
The paid search option gives access to even more data, such as court records and traffic tickets.
