How to Remove Yourself from Verispy
1. Go to https://www.dataaccessmanagement.com/verispy/ and fill out your information as it appears in your listing. If they do not already have your information, we recommend putting fake or disposable information (such as Masked Info from Blur).
2. Next, select the reason for your data opt-out request, add the URL to your profile, agree to the requirements, perform the CAPTCHA, and download the PDF.
3. Send the PDF, as well as a copy of your state-issued ID, to optouts@dataaccessmanagement.com. Be sure to block out your photo, signature, and ID number.
4. It may take over 30 days for your request to be honored.
