Delete your Yelp Account in 8 easy steps.
1. Access the Yelp website
Go to the Yelp website by clicking on the following URL: https://www.yelp-support.com/article/How-do-I-close-my-account?l=en_US.
2. Sign in to your account
Click the “Log In” button located at the top right corner.
Select the sign in option you use to access your Yelp account.
3. Click “Privacy Policy”
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Privacy Policy.”

4. Click “Data Retention and Account Termination” and the hyperlinked word “here”
Click the “Data Retention and Account Termination” option in the table of contents to locate the link that leads to the support center.
Click the word “here” in the first sentence under “Data Retention and Account Termination.”

5. Click the hyperlinked “submit an account closure request”
Click the hyperlinked “submit an account closure request.”
You can also access it by clicking the following URL: http://yelp.com/support/contact/account_closure?src_article_id=000005409.
6. Click “Send”
Enter a reason for closing your account (optional).
Click the “Send” button.
7. Click the confirmation link in your email
You will receive an email from no-reply@yelp.com that contains a confirmation link for closing your Yelp account.
Click on this confirmation link to verify your request to close your Yelp account.
8. Click “Close Account”
You will be redirected to Yelp.
Click the “Close Account” button to confirm your request.
Congratulations! You have now successfully deleted your yelp.com account!
Additional Information
Even though you have successfully deleted your Yelp account, some of your personal information may still be retained by yelp.com
To request a deletion of all the data associated with your Yelp account, send an email to dataprotection@yelp.com.
