Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in innovative tech companies such as Acquia, Carbon Black, VMware, and Tessian—guiding teams through early-stage growth, scaling, acquisitions, IPOs, and integrations.

Passionate about customer experience and team culture, Susan believes these are the two key ingredients in building great companies. Originally from Los Angeles, she has called the Boston area home for over 25 years, where she lives with her family.
