State Records collects and posts the personal information online. It is owned by InfoTracer, so removing yourself from InfoTracer will remove you from State Records. Removing yourself from InfoTracer requires you to perform their online opt-out process, and then verify your request over email. After this, your information will be removed within 72 hours.
How to Remove Yourself from State Records via InfoTracer
2. Type in your first and last name in the fields on the next page and select your state. If your information is found, click on the “Remove My Data” link next to the record.
3. You will need to enter an email address (we suggest using a masked email available through Blur) and complete the Captcha. Once you have done this, click on the “Submit” button. An email with a confirmation link will be sent to the email address specified. You will need to click on the confirmation link to complete the opt-out request.
