The TL;DR Version: Do Not Call List Oregon
Here’s everything you need to know about the Oregon DNC list at a glance.
- What it is: Do Not Call Register Oregon doesn’t exist. The state of Oregon uses the national Do Not Call List. Oregon residents looking to reduce the amount of unwanted telemarketing calls/texts they receive should therefore register with the national DNC List.
- How to sign up: Fill out an online registration form or call 1-888-382-1222.
- How to unsubscribe: Call 1-888-382-1222 from the number registered on the National DNC List.

Use our step-by-step opt-out guides or subscribe to a data broker removal service like DeleteMe to have professionals opt you out of these sites on your behalf (and do so regularly – data brokers are known to relist people when they find more information about them).
What Is the Do Not Call List Oregon?
Instead of maintaining an Oregon Do Not Call Registry, the state of Oregon uses the national Do Not Call List.
Oregon residents should, therefore, register their cell and home phone numbers with the national DNC List (business numbers are exempt from the national DNC List).
Once your number is on the list, telemarketers should cease calling you within 31 days (with a few exceptions).
Registrations don’t expire. Unless your phone is deactivated or you remove your number from the list yourself, your number will remain on the national DNC List indefinitely.
Exceptions
The national DNC List permits the following calls:
- Political calls
- Charitable calls
- Survey calls
- Debt collection calls
- Informational calls
- Calls from businesses you have an existing relationship with
- Calls for which you’ve given prior written consent.
Oregon Do Not Call List Registration
You can’t register for the state of Oregon Do Not Call List (Oregon DNC List) because it doesn’t exist.
However, just because there’s no such thing as Do Not Call Registry Oregon doesn’t mean you’re powerless against unwanted telemarketing calls and texts.
Even if there’s no Do Not Call Oregon List, there’s the national DNC List.
Read our blog post on how to register with the national DNC list for more details on the process.
What to Do If You’re Still Getting Unsolicited Calls
Most legitimate telemarketers will adhere to the national DNC List; scammers will not.
To stop unwanted calls and texts from scammers, you need to hide your contact details.
Make sure your phone number isn’t visible on sites you control, like social media profiles and blogs, and opt out of data brokers.
Data brokers (also known as people search sites) are companies that gather your personal data, including your phone numbers, from sources like public records and social media, and list this data on their site in a comprehensive profile about you.
Here’s what these profiles look like:
You can delete your profile from these sites by “opting out.”
Our opt-out guides walk you through the opt-out process for each data broker (hundreds of brokers exist today, and each has a different opt-out process).
Make sure to revisit data broker sites regularly – they republish information about you when they find more of it, even if you previously opted out.
