Consumers who are looking to book flights provide travel details (like dates, destinations, and contact information), and are then connected with live travel agents who find and book cheaper flights for them.
ASAP Tickets is a brand of International Travel Network LLC, founded in 2001 and headquartered in California.
Is ASAP Tickets a Scam?
No, ASAP Tickets is not a scam. It’s a legitimate travel agency.
User reviews of ASAP Tickets are mixed as of the time of writing, though most of them skew positive.

Some customers highlight feeling listened to and supported before or during purchase, and note that agents were helpful with ticket changes and finding affordable flights.

Negative reviews mention refund issues, ticket problems (such as tickets allegedly being cancelled at the last minute or customers finding out they had no valid ticket at the airport), misleading pricing (requests to pay additional fees), and poor post-sale support.

Some people say they’ve been using ASAP Tickets for a long time and never had a problem.
For example, one person wrote:
“I have tried ASAP tickets twice and can confirm i have never had any issue with them.”

Numerous people report that they received little support from the company when they encountered issues.

Several people also note that if you share your contact details with the company, you will likely receive a lot of calls and emails from them.
“I recently asked for a quote and received 20 calls on my cell. One call was at 12:30 am. I told them that I wanted a written quote that they can e mail to me and they just kept calling. I blocked their number and they called on a different number.”
Someone claiming to work at ASAP Tickets said that if that happens, your best bet is to answer the phone and ask to close your travel request.
“I started working there recently. The problem with the company is that once you give your contact info and don’t respond, ur number will be passed anonymously between thousands of reps. If you no longer need their help, answer the first rep that calls you and clearly ask to close your active request.”
ASAP Tickets is Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited and holds an “A+” rating. BBB ratings consider consumer complaints, transparency, and a company’s responsiveness to customers.
The company has received a total of 735 complaints as of the time of writing, 258 of which have been closed in the past 12 months.
People complain about sudden cancellations despite initial booking confirmations, refund disputes and partial refunds, misrepresentation by sales agents, and poor customer support.
Class actions
A proposed class action, filed in 2024, alleges that ASAP Tickets’ parent company, International Travel Network, sells overpriced “trip protection” that promises refunds for sick travelers and their companions but refuses to refund companions despite contract terms saying otherwise.

It says that its “systems are configured with data encryption, or scrambling technologies and firewalls constructed to industry standards.”
The company also uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information.
It provides access to your data only to people within the organization or service providers, in accordance with ASAP Tickets’ privacy policy.
ASAP Tickets also notes that it has procedures in place to address suspected breaches and will notify affected customers and any applicable regulators.

ASAP Tickets explains in its privacy policy the kind of information it collects, for what purposes, and with whom it shares it.

- Inferences: Your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, and feedback and survey responses.
- Special categories of personal data that could reveal sensitive information: Racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, health or disability information (e.g., meal/seat preferences, insurance claims, car rentals for persons with disabilities, special rooms in hotels, etc.), immigration or citizenship details.
The company notes that when it comes to sensitive information, it will use it only to provide services requested by you and for security and safety purposes.
ASAP Tickets collects this information directly from you (e.g., forms, bookings, chats, emails), automatically (e.g., cookies and tracking tools), and from third parties (e.g., social login providers, service providers, and loyalty programs).
The company may use your data to process bookings and payments, provide travel services and customer support, and communicate with you about bookings, changes, alerts, and confirmations.
It may also use it for marketing and promotional communications, as well as for personalising offers, ads, and platform content.
Plus, for improving services, security, fraud prevention, and analytics, and for meeting legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.
Additionally, for handling disputes and enforcing legal rights.
ASAP Tickets says it may contact regular customers (those who requested quotes or purchased services). It also says you can unsubscribe from marketing emails and texts at any time.
The company may share your data with associated companies and corporate affiliates, service providers, travel partners (such as airlines and hotels), business partners, authorities or regulators (when legally required), and others if you publicly share itineraries or reviews.
ASAP Tickets may also share aggregated (non-identifiable) data.
The company processes and stores data in the United States and other countries.

- Limit ad tracking and personalization. ASAP Tickets uses cookies and targeted advertising. To reduce tracking, adjust browser cookie settings and opt out of ad personalization via Google and Facebook. Of course, keep in mind that opting out reduces targeted ads, not ads entirely.

- Use payment methods that have strong consumer protection. Opt for credit cards over debit cards or wire transfers if possible, as these tend to provide chargeback rights and better dispute handling if tickets are canceled or misrepresented.
- Treat ASAP Tickets as an intermediary. ASAP Tickets is a middleman, not the airline. For important issues (for example, seat selection), confirm details directly with the airline and understand the airline’s own policies, not just ASAP Tickets’ policies.
