Evry Jewels

If you’re thinking of buying from Evry Jewels, you need to know if it’s safe. Is Evry Jewels a scam?

Below, we explain whether Evry Jewels is a scam and discuss some steps you can take to improve your safety when using this platform.

What Is Evry Jewels?

Evry Jewels is a company that sells affordable and trendy jewelry pieces.

Evry Jewels

According to the Evry Jewels website, the brand is run by siblings Britt and Jake.

It has grown significantly as a result of social media marketing and collaborations with influencers.

Is Evry Jewels a Scam?

No, Evry Jewels is not a scam. It’s a legitimate jewelry company, but read to the end of this article before deciding whether to buy from it.

Scam Adviser gives Evry Jewels a trust score of 100 out of 100.

The only negatives highlighted by Scam Adviser are that registered, technical, and administrative contact emails are free ones (e.g., “gmail”) and that the website uses an internal review system.

Moving on to reviews, user reviews of Evry Jewels are very mixed:

On internet forums like Reddit, people report varying experiences with Evry Jewels.

Some people say they like Evry Jewels’ designs and think the pieces are trendy and inexpensive.

Several users reported that earrings and smaller pieces, especially those labeled as “waterproof,” can last a long time (up to a year or so).

However, quality is a recurring complaint. Some users also note that customer service isn’t great.

A minority say they never even received their Evry Jewels order.

Evry Jewels is not Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited. It has received three total complaints on the BBB website in the last three years (and resolved all three). (See our review of whether the BBB is a scam).

Legal and ethical controversies

The company has been subject to several controversies.

For example, along with other mid-sized retailers, it has been targeted in class-action lawsuits alleging the use of fake discounts, where items are advertised at sale prices compared to inflated “regular” prices that were never actually offered.

Evry Jewels has also been accused of violating California’s Proposition 65.

In 2024, the Center for Advanced Public Awareness (CAPA) issued a 60-day notice of violation, alleging that Evry Jewels sold products, such as “2 Piece Mystery Bundle Storage Pouches,” that contained DEHP (a chemical linked to cancer and reproductive harm) without the legally required health warning.

Additionally, Evry Jewels is facing a lawsuit from Chrome Hearts for allegedly using designs and branding elements that too closely mimic the luxury brand.

Warranty

Evry Jewels provides a 30-day warranty on eligible items purchased directly from their website. However, this warranty only covers products with defects (e.g., broken clasps or missing stones).

To request compensation, customers must submit their order number, along with photos or videos of the issue and a description, to customer service within 30 days.

The warranty does not cover lost items, free items, or provide refunds for damaged products.

Returns

Evry Jewels does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Shipping

Evry Jewels offers Package Protection (optional) for added security.

Without protection, lost packages (confirmed by the carrier or with no tracking updates for 15+ days) can be reshipped for a $6 fee, provided the items are available. If the items are unavailable, customers will receive store credit minus the $6 fee.

Returned packages due to invalid addresses, unpaid fees, or refusal are handled similarly, with reshipping or store credit minus a $6 fee.

Security

According to its terms of service, Evry Jewels encrypts credit card information during transfers. Other user content may be transmitted unencrypted across networks.

Privacy

Evry Jewels describes the kind of data it collects, for what purposes, and with whom it shares it in its privacy policy.

It collects the following information:

  • Device information, including browser type, IP address, time zone, cookies, viewed pages, referring websites, and browsing behavior.
  • Order Information, including name, billing/shipping address, payment details, email, and phone number.

Cookies may track shopping cart activity to send cart reminder SMS messages.

Evry Jewels uses this data to fulfill orders, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, provide relevant ads and product recommendations, and optimize the site.

The company may share data with third-party service providers, and if legally required (e.g., subpoenas or lawful requests).

Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.

It stores order information until you request deletion.

So, Should You Buy Evry Jewels?

Depends.

If you’re looking for trendy, low-cost jewelry and don’t mind potential quality issues, Evry Jewels may be a suitable option. Just remember that all sales are final.

How to Buy from Evry Jewels Safely and Privately

  • Buy one inexpensive item first. That way, you can test quality, shipping times, and customer service before committing to a bigger order (remember: all sales are final).
  • Avoid “mystery bundles”. These were specifically flagged in a Proposition 65 notice for containing DEHP (a potentially harmful chemical). Stick to individual jewelry pieces, especially those labeled as “waterproof” or “hypoallergenic.”
  • Use payment methods with buyer protection. For example, credit cards (chargebacks possible). Avoid debit cards as it’s harder to recover funds with them.
  • Consider package protection. Evry Jewels offers an optional package protection add-on. Without it, you pay a $6 reshipping fee if your package is lost.
  • Document everything. Save your order confirmation, shipping updates, and screenshots of product descriptions for future reference. This will help if you need to dispute a charge.
  • Use a privacy-friendly browser or extensions. This helps limit tracking.
  • Use a masked email address. Or create one just for shopping to avoid spam and keep your purchases separate from your main email identity.
  • Avoid SMS opt-ins. Evry Jewels tracks SMS sign-ups to send cart reminders. Use email-only notifications if needed.
  • Act fast. If you receive a defective item, you have 30 days to file a warranty claim.
  • Only buy what you’re willing to keep. Evry Jewels does not allow returns unless the item is defective.
