Fast Loan Advance

If you’re thinking of using Fast Loan Advance, you need to know whether it’s safe. Is Fast Loan Advance a scam?

Below, we explain whether Fast Loan Advance is a scam and discuss some steps you can take to improve your safety when using this online marketplace.

What Is Fast Loan Advance?

Fast Loan Advance is an online marketplace that collects personal information and matches applicants with third-party lenders. It is not a direct lender.

The platform advertises quick approvals and funding for loans from $100 up to $35,000 and accepts applicants with various credit histories.

Fast Loan Advance collects detailed information, such as Social Security numbers, income, and debt levels, to prequalify users.

Is Fast Loan Advance a Scam?

No, Fast Loan Advance is not a scam. It’s a legal lead general business (rather than a direct lender).

However, some users label it as spammy due to the high volume of marketing communications and data sharing.

At the time of writing, Fast Loan Advance has a “Warning” rating on Trustpilot.

According to a banner on the Fast Loan Advance Trustpilot profile, Trustpilot removed Fast Loan Advance’s rating, citing a breach of guidelines regarding fake reviews.

On online forums, users report varying experiences with Fast Loan Advance.

On Reddit, people express mostly negative opinions about Fast Loan Advance.

Multiple users allege that their personal information was collected and then shared or sold to third parties, and that they were immediately flooded with emails and phone calls from lenders they didn’t recognize after applying.

That said, Fast Loan Advance clearly describes its data sharing practices in its privacy policy.

At least one person says they never got a loan at all, despite the promise of “fast approval”:

“Tried them last year and regretted it instantly. The “fast approval” just led to a flood of spam from third-party lenders. Never actually got a loan through them.”

Another user claims their credit score dropped due to multiple hard credit pulls triggered after applying.

Fast Loan Advance clearly states in its terms & conditions that it and its affiliates, as well as any third-party lenders, service providers, or financial partners, may obtain information about you from consumer reporting agencies.

Fast Loan Advance cautions that though it takes “reasonable steps” to protect users’ information, it’s not responsible for any unauthorized access to your data that happens through no fault of its own.

There have been no publicly disclosed major breaches associated with Fast Loan Advance as of this writing.

Fast Loan Advance privacy

Fast Loan Advance describes the data it collects, why, and with whom it shares it in its privacy policy.

It says it may collect the following information:

  • Personally Identifiable information: Full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, Social Security Number (SSN), driver’s license or other government-issued identification number, employment details such as employer name and job title, income and payroll information, banking information, credit-related data such as score ranges or inquiries, and information related to your financial product preferences and history.
  • Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Device type, operating system, browser version, IP address, approximate geolocation, internet service provider details, timestamps of website visits, referring or exit pages, on-site behavior, general demographic attributes such as age range or interests, and interaction data from Fast Loan Advance emails or ads.
  • Sensitive Information: Social Security Number, bank account credentials, and government-issued ID numbers.

The company may collect this information directly from you (via forms, calls, emails, and chatbot interactions), from third parties (such as credit bureaus, financial data providers, and lead generators), and automatically through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and session-recording technologies.

It may use this information to match you with lenders or financial offers, communicate with you, personalize content, improve website functionality, and for analytics, advertising, fraud detection, security, and legal compliance purposes.

Fast Loan Advance may share your data with third-party lenders and financial service providers (“Network Partners”), service providers (such as hosting, analytics, marketing, customer support), advertising and social media platforms, and government or law enforcement when legally required. Plus, they may also share your information with other parties during mergers, acquisitions, or business transfers.

Note that Network Partners may keep and use your data even if you do not complete a transaction.

By submitting your information, you provide ‘express written consent’ under the TCPA, which can permit contact even if your number is on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.

However, you may request to limit or withdraw marketing communications by emailing them at info@fastloanadvance.com.

Fast Loan Advance uses tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, and advertising SDKs to track browsing behaviour, mouse movements, scrolling, and site interactions.

It uses this data for analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, and targeted advertising.

Interest-based ads may follow you across websites and devices.

You can manage some of this tracking and ad preferences through browser and platform settings.

Fast Loan Advance keeps your information as long as needed for business, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Depending on where you reside, you may have certain privacy rights, such as the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or data sales.

You can opt out of data sales. However, opting out may limit FastLoanAdvance’s ability to connect you with loan offers.

Fast Loan Advance policy may change over time. Continued use of the site means acceptance of updates.

So, Should You Use Fast Loan Advance?

Depends.

Fast Loan Advance may be suitable if you have poor credit, need money quickly, are comfortable using a lead‑generation marketplace, and can withstand potential high interest rates charged by the third-party lenders.

It is not a good fit if you want transparent fees, direct communication with a lender, strict control over where your data is shared, or if you qualify for personal loans from banks, credit unions, or other reputable lenders. Borrowers who dislike marketing calls or want direct services should probably avoid it.

How to Use Fast Loan Advance Safely and Privately

  • Decide if you’re comfortable sharing sensitive data. Fast Loan Advance may collect SSNs, bank account numbers, income details, and government IDs. Only proceed with it if you can accept that level of information disclosure.
  • Make sure you’re comfortable with data sharing. As per Fast Loan Advance’s privacy policy, your information may be shared with multiple third-party lenders and partners who follow their own rules, even if you never complete a loan.
  • Limit what you enter in chatbots. The chatbot on the Fast Loan Advance website stores transcripts. Do not enter SSNs, bank details, or sensitive financial information there unless absolutely necessary.
  • Watch what forms you complete. Any form submission authorizes marketing contact and data sharing with Fast Loan Advance network partners.
  • Expect tracking. The site records browsing behavior, mouse movements, scrolling, and form interactions. Use privacy-focused browser settings if you want more privacy.
  • Adjust browser privacy settings. Block or limit third-party cookies and use the built-in “limit ad tracking” options on your device.
  • Opt out where possible. You can manage interest-based ads via Google, Meta, TikTok, and browser controls, but tracking may not fully stop.
  • Know that “Do Not Track” is not honored. The policy explicitly states the site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
  • Use a dedicated email address. Expect marketing emails and possible follow-ups from FastLoanAdvance and partners. If you want to keep your primary inbox free of spam, use a dedicated or masked email address.
  • Consider using a secondary phone number. Submitting your number authorizes calls and texts, even if you’re on a Do-Not-Call list. Use a masked or secondary phone number if you want to reduce the amount of spam calls you receive.
  • Opt out later if needed. You can request limits on marketing communications by contacting Fast Loan Advance directly.
  • Assume long-term retention. As per its privacy policy, Fast Loan Advance may keep your data indefinitely for business, legal, or regulatory reasons.
  • Know that Fast Loan Advance partners may keep your data, too. Even if you abandon the process, third parties may still retain your information.
  • Monitor your credit. Since credit-related data may be accessed or shared, consider credit monitoring if you proceed.
  • Exercise your privacy rights. Request access or deletion if you’re eligible, especially if you’re in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Nevada. Note that some data may not be deletable due to legal or operational requirements.
