Below, we explain whether Hustlers University is a scam and discuss some steps you can take to improve your safety while on the platform. 

What Is Hustlers University?

Hustlers University, now known as “The Real World,” is an online educational platform by Andrew Tate that offers courses on making money online. 

Members pay a monthly or yearly fee to access lessons on topics like e-commerce, copywriting, cryptocurrencies, the stock market, freelancing, business mindset, artificial intelligence, social media, and fitness. 

Hustlers University was founded in 2021. After Tate’s ban from major social platforms in 2022, the original program was briefly closed and later relaunched as a new platform called “The Real World.” 

The platform is privately owned and is available globally. 

Note: During our research, we encountered numerous domains claiming to be the “official” site for Hustlers University/The Real World. 

This proliferation of similar-looking sites is typical of platforms with either many unauthorized affiliate sites, the platform itself using multiple domains, or both. As a result, we recommend extreme caution before providing payment information to any of these sites. 

If you decide to proceed, verify the legitimacy directly through Andrew Tate’s verified social media accounts rather than trusting any particular domain claiming to be “official.” 

Is Hustlers University a Scam?

Hustlers University/The Real World is not a scam in the sense that it does what it says: provides online courses to help you make money online. 

However, whether it’s good value is another question.

Several third-party review sites have reviewed Hustlers University/The Real World: 

• HighIncomeSource rates Hustlers University as 2 out of 5, noting pros such as a private community and coverage of many topics, and cons including lack of refunds, disorganized training, and the controversial figure of Andrew Tate. It concludes that you can find free courses that offer more knowledge than Hustlers University. 
• DemandSage rates Hustlers University at 1.5 out of 5, calling it “overrated.” 
• HonestBrandReviews doesn’t give Hustlers University a rating, but explains that the program is only worth it if you’re ready to invest time and effort.

On internet forums like Reddit, people’s opinions of Hustlers University/The Real World are very mixed.

There appears to be a stigma around the program due to its founder, who is currently facing legal proceedings. 

Additionally, the platform previously relied on an aggressive affiliate marketing program, which led critics to label it a “pyramid scheme.” The specific affiliate program that caused these accusations was shut down when the platform rebranded.

On the other hand, several people say Hustlers University/The Real World can teach you the basics of the topics it advertises. For example, someone who wanted to learn copywriting said Hustlers University (which offers copywriting classes) is “decent if you want to start out learning copy.”

One person said also said they “don’t think it’s a bad deal for the price you give just to give you some sort of introduction of some potential skills you can develop, if you don’t fall for the false advertisement and stay there for very few months you probably can start to develop a skill with a bigger value that you paid for, but certainly not a millionaire.” 

The consensus seems to be that Hustlers University/The Real World is not a scam, but not a magic bullet, either, suitable mostly for those willing to put in the work, with much of the content available for free elsewhere. 

We were unable to find reviews of Hustlers University/The Real World on websites such as Trustpilot, SiteJabber, or the Better Business Bureau. 

Hustlers University/The Real World used to have an app on Google Play and the App Store, which have since been removed.

Hustlers University security and privacy 

Because we found multiple domains claiming to be the official website for Hustlers University/The Real World, we were unable to verify which one was authentic. As a result, we could not assess its security and privacy practices. 

However, the platform (whatever its URL) generally doesn’t have the best track record. 

The Real World was hacked in 2024 in a hacktivism attack, resulting in a major data breach. The breach occurred while Andrew Tate was streaming live, and the hackers flooded the site’s chat rooms with emojis as proof of their intrusion. 

Hackers accessed and stole data belonging to approximately 800,000 users, including usernames, email addresses, and chat logs from both public and private chat rooms. 

The hackers said the platform’s security was “hilariously insecure.” 

The stolen information was shared with external groups like the Daily Dot, DDoSecrets, and HaveIBeenPwned for public awareness. 

So, Should You Enroll In Hustlers University?

We advise against enrolling in Hustlers University/The Real World. Not only were we unable to confirm which domain is the official one, but the platform also suffered a 2024 data breach that exposed student information and has even been labeled “hilariously insecure” by hacktivists.

How to Take Part In Hustlers University Safely and Privately 

If you still decide to enroll in Hustlers University/The Real World, verify the URL directly through Andrew Tate’s verified social media accounts (such as X) to make sure you are entering credit card details into a legitimate site.
