1. Access the Bizapedia website
Go to the Bizapedia website.
You can access the Bizapedia website by clicking the following URL: https://www.bizapedia.com/.

2. Locate your profile
Select your preferred method to locate your profile (Company, People, Service/Product, Trademark, or Address).
Enter your information in the search fields.
Click the magnifying glass icon.

3. Select your profile
You will see a list of results.
Identify and click your profile.

4. Copy your profile URL
You will be redirected to your profile.
Copy the URL – it will be required in future steps during this opt-out process.

5. Click “Contact Us”
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Contact Us” to access the opt-out form.

6. Select a reason for the opt-out
You will see a list of reasons why you might want to opt-out.
Select the option that best fits your request.

7. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form.
Enter your email address, first name, and last name.
Paste your Bizapedia profile URL.
Check the two checkboxes.
Click the “Submit Request” button.

8. Click the email verification link
You will receive an email from noreply@bizapedia.com with a verification link.
Go to your email inbox and find the email from Bizapedia.
Click on the verification link to validate your request.

You will be redirected to the Bizapedia confirmation page.
