Qualfon is a marketing solution and contact center service provider.

Use our step-by-step Qualfon opt-out guide below to remove yourself

Note: Data brokers regularly change their opt-out processes. If this process is inaccurate, please contact us directly so we can update it. As of May 2026, following this guide will let you opt from TheWorkNumber successfully.

Why Should You Opt Out From Qualfon?

Qualfon collects and shares personal data. According to its website, it will also “use AI to analyze rich sources of customer data.”

The company works with a variety of industries, including insurance, to provide significant demographic data, detailed customer profiles, and contact information.

It also offers “highly targeted” and “personalized” direct mail services. That means it not only has customers’ contact information, likely including home addresses, but customizes marketing based on a variety of different factors and types of personal information fed into AI tools.

While Qualfon may not publish your address publicly like some people search sites, there’s no guarantee your address and other sensitive data won’t be exposed in a breach. Additionally, personal data fed to AI tools is difficult to control and may result in unwanted exposure.

DeleteMe’s Qualfon Opt-Out Review

To opt out of Qualfon, you need to send a formal request. Your request will be processed after a waiting period of 15-45 days.

Qualfon currently claims it will only process requests from residents of the following states: Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Rhode Island, Tennessee, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

If you are not from one of these states, you can still make a request, but Qualfon may not honor it.

Qualfon Listing Removal Walkthrough

Opt out of Qualfon in two steps.

1. Find the opt-out form

Head to https://www.qualfon.com/privacy-policy/consumer-privacy-choices/ and click “Submit Request.”

Qualfon opt-out request page

2. Fill out the form

From the first dropdown menu, choose “Do Not Sell Or Share.” For “What are your preferred contact methods for this request?” we recommend email, since you can use a masked email.

Fill out the rest of the form, including first name, last name, zip code, and email. Leave the phone number blank.

For the two yes/no questions below the form, choose No. Check the box at the bottom of the page, complete the CAPTCHA, and click “Submit.”

You will see a green box at the top right corner of your screen that says “Response Received Successfully.”

How to Contact Qualfon

As an alternative to the opt-out form, you can send a formal request to [email protected].

Clearly state you are exercising your right under the CCPA.

You can also make your Qualfon opt-out request by calling (888) 380-2190.
