2. Click “Personal Information Request Form”
You will be redirected to a page about California residents’ rights.
Click the hyperlinked “Personal Information Request Form.”
3. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.
Select your request. You can select multiple options.
Enter your email and mobile advertising identifier (MAID).
To find your mobile identifier:
- iOS device. Go to the App Store and download “The Identifiers” app. Open the app to see your advertising identifier.
- Android. Open Settings, go to Privacy, click “Privacy,” click “Other privacy settings,” and click “Ads.” Your advertising identifier will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Select your country and state.
Click the appropriate verification checkbox.
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Click the “Process Request” button.
Your Mobilewalla opt-out request was submitted and should be processed within 10 days.
