1. Go to www.optoutprescreen.com 

Go to https://www.optoutprescreen.com/. 

OptOutPrescreen.com is a joint initiative between Innovis and the other three major credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) that makes it easy for consumers to opt out of receiving unsolicited offers.

2. Click “Click Here to Opt-In or Opt-Out” 

Scroll to the bottom.

Click the “Click Here to Opt-In or Opt-Out” button. 

3. Click “Permanent Opt-Out by Mail” and “Continue” 

Scroll to the bottom.

Click the “Permanent Opt-Out by Mail” option.

Click the “Continue” button. 

4. Fill out the form 

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill out all the mandatory fields. 

Enter your first name, last name, street address, city, zip, and state. 

Enter the captcha.

Click the “Confirm” button. 

5. Click “click here” 

To complete a permanent opt-out, you need to print the form you just filled out and mail it to Innovis. 

Click “click here” and print the form. 

Note: If you skip this step, you will be opted out for 5 years within 5 business days of submitting your request (provided the Consumer Credit Reporting Company maintains a credit file for you and can locate your credit file based on the information you provided in the form).

6. Click “End Session”

What Happens After You Opt Out of Innovis?

Once you opt out of Innovis, they will remove your personal data from marketing lists that it shares with insurance and credit companies. This will ensure you no longer receive unsolicited offers.
