Is Tenant Cloud Safe?

There isn’t much information about Tenant Cloud available, but it appears to be relatively safe. 

According to Tenant Cloud’s privacy policy, the company has “appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.” However, the company does not specify those measures. 

Tenant Cloud also says it limits who can access users’ personal information, follows industry standards for information security and continually tests its systems. 

They have procedures in place to deal with a breach and say they’ll notify users and regulators if that happens, though only when they’re legally obliged to do so. 

Elsewhere on their site, Tenant Cloud says they use 256-bit encryption through SSL and store information in “highly secure AWS data centers.” 

Your account may be suspended without notice if a breach is suspected. 

Any time you log into your Tenant Cloud account from another device or browser, it will be noted. Users can track their login sessions within their accounts.

Users can delete their Tenant Cloud accounts themselves. Tenant Cloud says that if you delete your account, all your account details will be deleted permanently. You can export your account data before you delete your Tenant Cloud account. However, Tenant Cloud might still retain some types of data due to legal requirements, such as transaction history. 

There have been no major data breaches associated with Tenant Cloud at the time of writing.

Is Tenant Cloud Private?
