CoreLogic is a data and analytics services provider. In other words, it’s a data broker.
The company provides information to organizations and governments. In 2019, it also started offering data to small businesses and professionals through its CoreLogic Store.
CoreLogic has information on approximately 99% of U.S. residential properties. The CoreLogic Store offers insights on 150+ million residential and commercial parcels.
Its data comes from a variety of sources, including public records, county documents, and more.

How to Opt Out of CoreLogic
Opt out of CoreLogic in 3 steps.
Note: To opt out of CoreLogic, you must be a California resident and have an existing relationship with CoreLogic.
1. Go to the CoreLogic website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer
Go to https://www.corelogic.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “CCPA” in the footer.
2. Select the Subject Request form that is applicable to you
You will be redirected to CoreLogic’s ‘CCPA Compliance’ page.
Scroll to the ‘3. Your Consumer Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Them’ section.
Then, scroll to the ‘(e) How to Exercise Your Consumer Privacy Rights’ sub-section.
You can choose between two forms:
- HR Data Subject Request. This form is for current or former job applicants, employees, or contractors of CoreLogic.
- B2B Data Subject Request. This form is for current or former employees, owner directors, officers, or independent contractors of a company, partnership sole proprietorship, non-profit, or government agency in connection with business-to-business (“B2B”) communications with CoreLogic, including if you have visited the CoreLogic website and provided contact information.
Select the form that is applicable to you.
3. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form.
Fill out all the mandatory fields.
Click the “Submit” button.
Your CoreLogic opt-out request was submitted.
The CoreLogic team will be in touch with you “soon.”

You can also make your CoreLogic opt-out request by calling 1-800-634-4149.
CoreLogic may ask you to provide information like your name, email, phone number, and/or mailing address.
What Happens After You Opt Out of CoreLogic?
After you submit your CoreLogic opt-out request, CoreLogic will verify it by matching at least two or three data points you provided with data points they maintain about you.
If your opt-out request meets CoreLogic’s requirements, they will honor it.
However, according to the CoreLogic privacy policy, they may “refuse to act upon a request, if your request is excessive, repetitive, unfounded, or overly burdensome.”
If CoreLogic refuses your opt-out request, they will give you notice explaining why they made that decision.

You can opt out of CoreLogic online by filling out one of two available forms which you’ll find on the CoreLogic ‘CCPA Compliance’ page.
However, to opt out of CoreLogic, you need to reside in California AND have an existing relationship with CoreLogic.

- Neighborhood (e.g., demographics, livability scores, etc.)
