Reading time: 2 minutes

We are looking forward to hosting our first webinar of 2023 on January 25th at 1 PM EST with Rachel Tobac, CEO of SocialProof Security, and our very own Rob Shavell, CEO of DeleteMe.

Rachel is a white hat / ethical hacker who helps people and companies keep their data safe by training and pen-testing them on social engineering risks. Rachel was also a winner of DEF CON’s wild spectator sport, the Social Engineering Capture the Flag contest, 3 years in a row.  She’s shared her real-life social engineering stories with NPR, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, The New York Times, Business Insider, CNN, NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, Forbes, and many more.

Rob, DeleteMe’s CEO, is a privacy expert, and a vocal proponent of privacy legislation reform, including the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). He’s been featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Telegraph, NPR, ABC, NBC, and Fox. Prior to DeleteMe, Rob was VP of Product at Identity Force, an identity theft provider.

During this webinar, Rachel and Rob will share their unique perspectives on:

  • The state of privacy: Why individuals are losing control of their digital identities and how that’s driving business risk
  • The state of social engineering: How hackers use data found by data brokers to hack
  • The future of hacking: How new AI-based technology like facial recognition and voice-cloning will open up new pathways for bad actors
  • and much more!
