How to Delete Your Adobe Account

To delete your Adobe account, you need to change your account settings. After that, your Adobe account should be deleted immediately.

Walkthrough to Delete Your Adobe Account 

Delete your Adobe account in eight steps.

1. Access the Adobe website

Go to the Adobe website by clicking the following link: https://www.adobe.com/.

2. Sign in to your Adobe account

Click the “Sign In” button in the top right to access your Adobe account.

3. Click the account icon and “Manage account”

Once signed in, click the account icon located in the top right.

The account menu will be displayed. Click the “Manage account” link under your name.

4. Click “Edit profile”

Click the “Edit profile” button under your profile icon on the right.

5. Click “Data and privacy settings” and “Continue” under ‘Delete Adobe account’

Click the “Data and privacy settings” link on the left menu.

Then, locate the “Delete Adobe account” section and click the “Continue” button.

6. Sign in to your Adobe account again

You will be asked to enter your Adobe sign-in information again to confirm your request to delete your Adobe account.

7. Select the reason for deleting your Adobe account and click “Continue”

Select the reason for deleting your Adobe account from the options provided.

If prompted, answer any follow-up questions about your request.

Then, click the “Continue” button.

8. Click the agreement box and “Confirm delete Adobe account”

You will be redirected to a page titled ‘What happens when your Adobe account is deleted.’

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click the agreement checkbox.

Click the “Confirm delete Adobe account” button. 

Your request to delete your Adobe account has been successfully submitted.

You will receive an email confirming that your request to delete your Adobe account will be completed shortly. 

You have deleted your Adobe account.
