1. Access the eBay website

You can access the eBay website by clicking the following link: https://www.ebay.com.

2. Log in to your eBay account

Click “(Sign in)” in the top left.

Log in to your eBay account.

3. Click your profile name and “Account Settings”

Click your profile name in the top left.

Then, click “Account Settings.”

4. Click “Close Account”

Click “Close Account” under the ‘Account Preferences’ section.

5. Click “Close Account” (again)

Scroll to the bottom and click the “Close Account” button.

6. Give a reason for closing your eBay account and fill out the form

You will be asked to give a reason for closing your eBay account.

Select the option that best fits your case from the dropdown menu.

Complete the form that appears after selecting your reason for leaving.

Click the “Submit” button.

Your request to close your eBay account was submitted.

Your eBay account is in the process of being deleted.
