1. Access the Globo website
You can access the Globo website by clicking the following link: https://www.globo.com/.
2. Login in to your Globo account
Click “Globo Account” in the top right to access the Globo login page.

3. Hover over your profile icon and click “My Account”

Click “My Account.”
4. Enter your password
Enter your password to verify your identity.
5. Click “Delete Globo Account”
You will be redirected to ‘My Account’ menu.
Scroll to the ‘Delete Account’ section.
Click “Delete Globo Account.”
6. Click “Proceed”
You will be redirected to an informational page.
Click the “Proceed” button.
7. Select a reason for closing your Globo account and click “Proceed”
Globo will ask you to select the reason why you are closing your Globo account.
Select your reason.
Click the “Proceed” button.
8. Enter your password to confirm your request
Globo will ask you to enter your password to complete your request.
Enter it to proceed to the next step.
You will see a message saying that your request was successful.
Your Globo account is in the process of being deleted.
