Delete your HBO Max Account in six steps.
1. Access the HBO Max website
Go to the HBO Max website by clicking the following link: https://www.hbomax.com/
2. Login in to your HBO Max account
Click “Enter” in the top right.
You can also access HBO Max’s log in page directly by clicking the following link: https://auth.max.com/login?flow=login.
Log into your HBO Max account.
3. Click your profile icon and “Settings”
Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right.
Select “Settings” from the menu.
4. Click “Learn More”
Scroll to the ‘Subscription’ section.
Click “Learn More.”
5. Click your subscriptions link
Depending on which service you use, you will be redirected to Apple, Google, or another provider’s control service.
In our case, the service is managed by Google, so we will be redirected to the Google cancellation page.
Once there, scroll down slightly and click “subscriptions on Google Play.”
6. Click “Manage” beside the service you want to cancel and “Cancel Subscription”
Click “Manage” to the right of the service you want to cancel.
A pop-up will appear. Scroll to the bottom and click “Cancel Subscription” to complete the process.
You have deleted your HBO Max account.
