1. Access the NBA website

Go to the NBA website by clicking the following link: https://www.nba.com/.

2. Sign into your NBA account

Click the “Sign In” link in the upper right.

Enter your NBA login details.

Click the “Sign In” button.

3. Click “Customer Support” in the footer

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click the “Customer Support” link in the footer.

4. Select “NBA ID” and “Data Privacy Requests”

Select the “NBA ID” category from the list of category options.

Then, select the “Data Privacy Requests” link.

5. Click “here”

Click the hyperlinked “here” under ‘Data Privacy Requests.’

6. Complete the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.

Choose the league.

Select your country and state.

Select your data privacy request.

Enter your email. Confirm your email by entering it again.

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

Click the “Submit” button.

7. Click “Confirm Request”

A window will open where you must click the “Confirm Request” button.

Your request has been confirmed.
