How to Delete Your NerdWallet Account

To delete your NerdWallet account, you need to change your account settings. After that, your NerdWallet account should be deleted immediately.

Delete your NerdWallet account in five steps.

1. Access the NerdWallet Website

Go to the NerdWallet website by clicking the following link: https://www.nerdwallet.com/.

2. Sign in to your NerdWallet account

Click the “Sign In” button in the top right to access your NerdWallet account.

3. Click “My NerdWallet” and “Settings”

Click the “My NerdWallet” button in the top right.

Then, select the “Settings” option from the drop-down menu under the ‘Account’ section.

4. Click “Edit Profile” and “Close my account”

You will be redirected to your NerdWallet account settings.

Select the “Edit Profile” button.

Click the “Close my account” link. 

5. Click “Yes, close my account”

NerdWallet will ask you if you’re sure you want to close your NerdWallet account.

Click the “Yes, Close My Account” button to close your NerdWallet account.

You will be redirected back to the NerdWallet homepage. Your request to delete your NerdWallet account should be completed immediately.

You have closed your NerdWallet account.
