Delete your Yelp Account in eight steps.

1. Access the Yelp website

Go to the Yelp website by clicking the following link: https://www.yelp.com/

2. Sign in to your Yelp account

Click the “Log In” button in the top right.

Select the sign in option you use to access your Yelp account. 

3. Click “Privacy Policy”

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Privacy Policy” in the footer.

4. Click “Data Retention and Account Termination” and the hyperlinked word “here”

Click “Data Retention and Account Termination” in the table of contents to locate the link that leads to the support center.

Click the word “here” in the first sentence under the “Data Retention and Account Termination” section.

5. Click the hyperlinked “submit an account closure request”

Click the hyperlinked “submit an account closure request” under ‘Yelpers.’

6. Click “Send”

Enter a reason for closing your Yelp account (optional).

Click the “Send” button.

7. Click the email confirmation link

You will receive an email from no-reply@yelp.com that contains a confirmation link for closing your Yelp account.

Click this confirmation link to verify your request to close your Yelp account.

8. Click “Close Account”

You will be redirected to Yelp.

Click the “Close Account” button to confirm your request to close your Yelp account.

You have Yelp account has been closed.
