How to Delete Your Canva Account

To delete your Canva account, you need to complete a request process. After this, your Canva account should be deleted within 14 days.

Walkthrough to Delete Your Canva Account

Delete your Canva account in six steps.

1. Access the Canva website

Go to the Canva website by clicking the following link: https://www.canva.com/.

2. Sign in to your Canva account

Click the “Log in” button located in the top right to sign in to your Canva account.

3. Click your profile icon and “Settings”

Click your profile icon in the top right.

Then, click the “Settings” link from the menu.

4.  Click “Login & security” and “Delete account”

Click the “Login & security” link located in the left panel.

Then, click the “Delete account” button under the section ‘Delete your account.’

5. Go to your email inbox and find a code from Canva

You will be asked to enter a code that Canva sent to your email.

In a new tab, go to your email inbox, find the email from Canva, and note down the code.

6. Enter the code and click “Delete account”

Go back to the previous page.

Enter the code.

Click the “Delete account” button to confirm your request.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that it may take up to 14 days for your Canva account to be deleted.

You have completed a Canva account deletion process.

Visit the section labeled ‘Rights in respect of your information’ to locate the email address you should send your request to (privacy@canva.com).
