1. Go to the Cyndx website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer
Go to http://cyndx.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer.
2. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form. Fill out all the mandatory fields.
Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
You can leave the other fields empty – they’re optional.
Select the nature of your request.
Click the “Submit” button. Solve the CAPTCHA.
Your Cyndx opt-out request was submitted.
