BoardEx Listing Removal Walkthrough
Opt out of BoardEx in three steps.
1. Go to the BoardEx website and click “Do Not Sell” in the footer
Go to https://boardex.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Do Not Sell” in the footer.
2. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.
Select who you are submitting the form on behalf of.
Select the right you want to exercise.
Enter your first name, last name, email, and request details.
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Attach any additional files to support your request (optional).
Click the “Submit” button.
BoardEx will send you an email to verify your identity.
3. Click the email confirmation link
Go to your email inbox and find the email from BoardEx (it will come from ‘On Behalf Of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC’).
Note: If you don’t see the email from BoardEx, check your spam folder.
Click the “Confirm Email” button.
Your BoardEx opt-out request was submitted.
