Scroll to the ‘9. Your Legal Rights’ section.

Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” under the ‘California’ subsection.

3. Fill out the form

You will see an online form. Fill it out. 

Enter your email, first name, last name, company name, city, country, and state/province. 

The designation, address, and postal code fields are optional.

Solve the captcha.

Click the “Submit” button.
