2. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.
Enter your name, email, and address.
Select your state.
Click your suppression level (individual or household). You can select both options.
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Click the “Submit” button.
Your opt-out request was submitted. It should be processed within 15 days.
