2. Fill out the form
A new tab with an online form will open up. Fill the form out.
Select your location.
Select your state.
Enter your email address.
Select your relationship with Sovrn.
Click “Identify Sovrn cookies.”
Click “Identify //Commerce cookies.”
Click the “Submit Request” button.
Your Sovrn opt-out request was submitted.
