Click the hyperlinked “Do Not Sell or Share Form.”
4. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.
Select your relationship with SlashdotMedia.
Enter your first name, last name, email, and country.
Select your state (this field will appear after you select “United States” in the country field).
Enter the captcha code.
Click the “Submit” button.
5. Click the email confirmation link
SlashddotMedia will send you an email to verify your identity.
Go to your email inbox and find the email from SlashdotMedia.
Note: If you don’t see the email from SlashdotMedia, check your spam folder.
Click the “Confirm Email” button.
Your SlashdotMedia opt-out request was submitted.
