1. Go to the SlashdotMedia website and click “Privacy Policies & Choices” in the footer 

Go to http://slashdotmedia.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click “Your U.S. State Privacy Rights” 

You will be redirected to the SlashdotMedia Privacy Statement.

Click “Your U.S. State Privacy Rights” from the Index on the left.

3. Click “Do Not Sell or Share Form”

Scroll to the bottom of the list of rights.

Click the hyperlinked “Do Not Sell or Share Form.”

4. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.

Select your relationship with SlashdotMedia.

Enter your first name, last name, email, and country.

Select your state (this field will appear after you select “United States” in the country field). 

Enter the captcha code.

Click the “Submit” button.

5. Click the email confirmation link

SlashddotMedia will send you an email to verify your identity.

Go to your email inbox and find the email from SlashdotMedia.

Note: If you don’t see the email from SlashdotMedia, check your spam folder.

Click the “Confirm Email” button.
