To opt out of IP2Location, you must complete an online form and click an email confirmation link. Your request should be processed after a waiting period.

Opt out of IP2Location in three steps. 

1. Go to the IP2Location website and click “Do Not Sell My Info” in the footer 

Go to http://ip2location.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Do Not Sell My Info” in the footer.

2. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.

Enter your name, email address, and IP address.

Select your request type.

Select the scope of your request.

Select the appropriate answer to ‘Are you making this request on behalf of someone else?’

Click the “Submit Request” button.

3. Click the email confirmation link

IP2Location will send an email to confirm your identity.

Go to your email inbox and find the email from IP2Location.

Note: If you don’t see the email from IP2Location, check your spam folder.

Click the link within it.
