2. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.
Select what type of data you want to opt out.
Enter your first name, last name, email, phone, and address.
Upload files to support your request (optional).
Click the confirmation checkbox.
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Click the “Submit” button.
Your BIGDBM opt-out request was submitted and should be processed within 7 business days.
