To opt out of Neustar, you need to complete an online form and enter an email passcode. After that, your request should be processed after a waiting period.

Neustar Listing Removal Walkthrough
Opt out of Neustar in 16 steps.
1. Go to the Neustar website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer
Go to https://www.home.neustar/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer on the right.
2. Perform the captcha and confirm your region
Perform the captcha and click “Proceed” to go to the Neustar Privacy Choices Portal.
Select the region you belong to.
3. Click “Online Data Choices”
You will be redirected to Neustar’s Privacy Choice Portal.
Click “Online Data Choices” from the menu at the top.
4. Click “here”
Click the hyperlinked” here in the first bullet point (‘Click here to activate Online Data Opt out request.’)
5. Click “Proceed”
Neustar will inform you that it handles all opt-out requests as delete requests.
It also informs you that it won’t be able to opt you out if your browser is set to block cookies. Similarly, if you clear cookies from your browser, you will need to repeat the opt-out process.
Note: You will need to repeat the opt-out process for any additional email addresses, browsers, or devices you have and use.
6. Select your opt-out request and click “Continue”
Select your opt-out request. You can select multiple options or click “Select All” to select them all.
Click the “Continue” button.
7. Start filling out the form
You will see an online form. Fill it out.
Enter your email address.
Click the “Validate Email” button.
8. Copy and paste the one-time password from your email
Neustar will send you an email with a one-time passcode.
In a new tab, go to your email inbox and find the email from Neustar.
Note: If you don’t see the email from Neustar, check your spam folder.
Copy the code within it.
Note: The code is only valid for 30 minutes.
Go back to the tab where you are completing your opt-out request.
Paste in the code.
You will see a message in the top right of your screen saying that passcode validation was successful.
9. Finish filling out the form
Enter your mobile ad ID (optional).
To find your mobile advertising ID:
- iOS device. Go to the App Store and download “The Identifiers” app. Open the app to see what your advertising identifier is.
- Android. open Settings, go to Privacy, click “Privacy,” click “Other privacy settings,” and click “Ads.” Your advertising identifier will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Select your state.
Click the “Submit” button.
If Neustar is able to match your information with their data, they will opt you out.
10. Go back to Neustar’s Privacy Choices Portal and click “Offline Data Choices”
Return to Neustar’s Privacy Choices Portal.
Click “Offline Data Choices” from the menu at the top.

11. Click “here”

12. Click “Proceed”

13. Select your opt-out request and click “Continue”
Select your opt-out request. You can select multiple options or click “Select All” to select them all.
Click the “Continue” button.
14. Start filling out the form
You will see an online form. Fill it out.
Enter your first name, last name, address, and phone number.
Enter your email and click “Validate Email.”
15. Copy and paste the one-time password from your email
Neustar will send you an email with a one-time passcode.
In a new tab, go to your email inbox and find the email from Neustar.
Note: If you can’t see the email from Neustar, check your spam folder.
Copy the code within it.

Go back to the tab where you are completing your opt-out request.

16. Finish filling out the form
Click the “Submit” button.
If Neustar is able to match your information with their data, they will opt you out.
