1. Go to the AccentureUS-en website and click “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information” in the footer 

Go to https://www.accenture.com/us-en and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click the checkbox to affirm you’re a California resident and “Submit”

Click the checkbox to confirm you’re a California resident.

Click the “Submit” button that appears after you click the checkbox.

3. Fill out the form

A new tab with an online form will open up. Fill the form out.

Select your request type.

Enter your first name, last name, email, country, address, city, state, and zip. 

Select the organization you have a relationship with.

Select the box to confirm you’re the consumer to whom the above information relates to.

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox. 

Click the “Submit” button.

Accenture will send you an email to verify your identity.

4. Click the email confirmation link

Go to your email inbox and find the email from Accenture.

Note: If you don’t see the email from Accenture, check your spam folder.

Click the “Confirm Email” link.
