To opt out of AccuData, follow our AccuData opt-out guide below. 

AccuData (now DeepSync) provides data solutions to marketing and advertising agencies. In other words, it’s a data broker. 

It offers datasets of U.S. consumers, businesses, youth, young adults, new movers, new homeowners, and more.

According to AccuData, their audiences include names, personal emails, postal addresses, professional emails, IP addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth. 

Use our step-by-step guide below to opt out of AccuData.

To opt out of AccuData, you must complete an online form. Your request should be processed within 45 days. 

Note: If you have opted out from CompactLists or DeepSync, you will see a message that you have already submitted a request for AccuData as well. That’s because both AccuData and CompactLists are now part of DeepSync.

Opt out of AccuData in two steps. 

1. Go to the AccuData website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer 

Go to http://accudata.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer under ‘Legal.’

2. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill out all the mandatory fields in it. 

Select the appropriate response under “Who is opting out?”

Enter your first name, last name, and email address.

Enter your address, city, state, and ZIP code. 

Select your request. You can select multiple requests. 

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox. Complete the CAPTCHA. 

Click the “Submit” button.

Your request was received and should be processed within 45 business days. 

You can download your request confirmation or have it emailed to you.

Note: If you have opted out from CompactLists or DeepSync, you will see a message that you have already submitted a request for AccuData as well. That’s because both AccuData and CompactLists are now part of DeepSync.
