1. Go to the Anchor Computer website and click “Manage/Opt Out”

Go to http://anchorcomputer.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click the “Manage/Opt Out” button in the footer under ‘My Personal Information.’

2. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill out all the required fields. 

Enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, SSN, date of birth, and email.  

Select your privacy request from the list of available request options. 

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox and solve the CAPTCHA. 

Click “Submit Request.”

Your request was submitted. It could take up to 45 days for your request to be processed.
