Opt out of Anteriad in two steps. 

1. Go to the Anteriad website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer 

Go to http://anteriad.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” in the footer on the right side under ‘Privacy.’

2. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out. 

Select who you are (employee, consumer, or consumer representative). 

Select your request type. You can select multiple options.

Enter your first name, last name, and email. 

Select your country and enter your address, state, request details (expanding on what you’re asking Anteriad to do), and phone number.

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox. Complete the CAPTCHA.

Click the “Submit” button.

A representative of Anteriad should contact you at the submitted email address. You will also receive an email confirmation of the request’s successful submission.

You can also make your Anteriad opt-out request by calling (800) 368-7602 (toll-free) and following the prompts on the recorded message.
