Arity is a mobility data and analytics company. One of its solutions is “Arity Audiences,” which helps companies target drivers based on commuting habits, risk, mileage, and more.

The company’s driving data comes from 200+ million connected devices.

To opt out of Arity, you must complete an online form. Your request should be processed after a waiting period.

Opt out of Arity in three steps. 

1. Go to the Arity website and click “Privacy Statement” in the footer 

Go to http://arity.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Privacy Statement” in the footer under ‘Quick links.’

2. From the table of contents, click “Privacy rights and choices” and then click “arity.consumerprivacyinfo.com

You will be redirected to Arity’s privacy statement. 

Scroll down a little, and in the table of contents, click “Privacy rights and choices.”

Scroll down again, and under ‘Submitting a request,’ click the hyperlink  “arity.consumerprivacyinfo.com.”

3. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out. 

Select your state of residence.

Then, select “Delete My Data” as your request type. 

Click “Yes” under “Are you sure you want to delete your data?”

Select the appropriate answer under ‘I am submitting this request.’

Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and email, and confirm the email address you entered by entering it again. 

Enter your phone number. 

Select “Yes” or “No” under ‘Is the number provided a mobile number?’

If the number is a mobile phone number, you will also be asked to consent to receive a one-time passcode via text message to authenticate your identity. Message and data rates may apply.

You will also be asked if you’d like to provide additional phone numbers. Click “Yes” or “No.”  

Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

Enter your address, city, and state.

Select your country.

Enter your zip code.

Enter your mobile ID (optional).

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

Click the “Submit” button.

Your Arity opt-out request was sent. If Arity is able to verify your identity, they will honor your request to delete your data.
