1. Access the Buzzfile website

Go to the Buzzfile website.

You can access the Buzzfile website by clicking the following URL: https://www.buzzfile.com/

2. Click “Remove Company”

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the link “Remove Company.” 

Alternatively, you can access this option by clicking the following URL: https://www.buzzfile.com/Company/Remove.

3. Search for your profile

Enter your company’s information in the search fields at the top right.

Click the magnifying glass to start the search.

4. Click your company’s name

You will see a list of results.

Select the profile that matches your company by clicking on the name.

5. Click “Action” and “Remove Company” 

You will be redirected to your company’s profile.

6. Click “Register”

Click the “Register” link.

7. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. 

Fill it out using the information displayed on your company’s profile.

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

You will be informed that you must click on a verification link sent to the email address used to register.

You will receive an email from info@buzzfile.com containing an activation link for the account recently registered.

Go to your email inbox. 

Click the link.

9. Sign In to your account

You will be redirected to Buzzfile, where you will be informed that your email has been verified and your account is now active.

To sign in to your account, click the link that says “click here.”

Alternatively, click the following URL: https://www.buzzfile.com/User/SignIn/ to be redirected to the Sign In page.

10. Go back to your company profile and click “Action” and “Remove Company” 

Return to the company profile you kept open in a tab at the beginning of the process. 

Once there, reload the page to load your account information.

Click the “Action” menu again.

Select “Remove Company.”

11. Click “Confirm”

A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the removal of your company’s profile.

Click the “Confirm” button.

You will be redirected to an informational page informing you that your company’s profile has been removed.

Congratulations! You have now successfully completed a buzzfile.com opt-out!
