Catalist is a provider of a voter database. It “compiles, enhances, stores, and dynamically updates data on over 256 million unique voting-age individuals across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.”

Opt out of Catalist in two steps. 

1. Go to the Catalist website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer 

Go to http://catalist.us/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.

Select the state you reside in. The form will expand after this step.

Select your request.

Enter your first name, last name, street number, street name, state, city, zip code, birth date, email, and phone.

Select the appropriate answer to the question, ‘Is an authorized agent making this request on your behalf?’

Click the declaration checkbox.

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

Click the “Submit” button.
