Opt out of Choreograph in five steps.
1. Go to the Choreograph website and click “Do Not Sell or Share my Personal Information” in the footer
Go to https://www.choreograph.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Do Not Sell or Share my Personal Information” in the footer under ‘Privacy.’
2. Select your country
A new tab will open up.
Select your country of residence.
Select your state.
3. Click “delete and opt out”
Click “delete and opt out” to stop Choreograph from collecting your personal information on the device you’re currently on and delete all data it has on you and this device.
4. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill out all the mandatory fields.
Enter your first name, last name, email, address, city, and zip code.
The country and state fields should be prefilled.
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Click the “submit” button.
Your Choreograph opt-out request is in progress, but to submit it, you need to verify your identity by clicking on an email verification link.
5. Click the email confirmation link
Go to your email inbox.
Find the email from Choreograph and click the “Verify Email” button within it.
Note: If you don’t see an email from Choreograph, check your spam folder.
Your Choreograph opt-out request was submitted.
You will see your request reference ID. Save this number for future reference.
Choreograph should process your opt-out request within 15 days.
Note: If you use other email addresses, devices/web browsers, or upgrade your browser, you will need to submit an additional opt-out request.
