5. Click the hyperlinked “myPrivacy”

Scroll to the ‘Opt-Out’ section.

6. Click “Continue” under ‘Exercise your Right to Know/Access, Right to Delete, and Right to Correct’

7. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a new tab with an online form. Fill it out.

Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, SSN, email, mobile number, and address.

Click the acknowledgment box. 

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

Click the “Go to Next Step” button.

8. Select your privacy right

Select the right you want to exercise.

Click the “Continue” button.
