1. Go to the ConvergeMarketing website and click “Privacy Policy” in the footer 

Go to https://convergemarketing.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click “here” under ‘California Notice at Collection’

A new tab with Converge’s privacy policy will open up. 

Scroll to the ‘California Notice at Collection’ section.

Click the hyperlinked “here.”

3. Fill out the form

You will see an online form. Fill it out. 

Enter your first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address, and phone number.

Select the appropriate option under ‘Are you contacting us for yourself or someone else?’ 

Describe your request. 

Click the “Submit” button.
