Opt out of Convex in three steps.
1. Go to the Convex website and click “California Privacy Policy” in the footer
Go to http://convex.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “California Privacy Policy” in the footer.
2. Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”
Scroll to the fourth bullet point under ‘Your Rights.’
Click the hyperlinked “Do Not Sell My Personal Information.”
3. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.
Select your request type.
Select who you are (customer or authorized agent).
Enter your email.
The other fields are optional.
Click the “Submit Form” button.
Your Convex opt-out request was submitted.
