Opt out of DataPartners in three steps. 

1. Go to the DataPartners website and click “Manage Your Privacy Preferences” in the footer 

Go to https://datapartners.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click “HERE” under ‘Information Deletion Requests’ 

Scroll to ‘Information Deletion Requests (CA, CO, CT, UT & VA Residents Only).’

Click the hyperlinked “HERE” in the second sentence.

3. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to an online form. Fill out all the mandatory fields. 

Enter your first and last name, address, email, city, and state.

Enter your zip. 

You can enter your mobile phone number and landline, but these fields are optional.

The rest of the fields are for agents acting on behalf of consumers. If not applicable to you, leave these empty.

Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.

Click the “Submit” button.
