2. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.
Select who is opting out.
Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
The phone number field is optional.
Enter your address, city, state, and zip.
Select your request.
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Click the “Submit” button.
Your DeepSync opt-out request was submitted and will be processed within 45 business days.
