1. Go to the DigitalMediaSolutions website and click “Privacy Policy” in the footer

You will be redirected to the DigitalMediaSolutions privacy policy.

Scroll to the ‘Your California Privacy Rights’ section.

Click “Clicking here.”

3. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.  

Select your relationship to DigitalMediaSolutions.

Select your privacy request type. You can select multiple options.

Enter your first name, last name, and email. 

Select your country.

Enter your state and phone number.

Enter any additional request details (optional).

Solve the captcha.

Attach any files to support your request (optional).

Click the “Submit” button.

4. Click the email confirmation link

Go to your email inbox and find the email from DigitalMediaSolutions. 

Note: If you don’t see an email from DigitalMediaSolutions, check your spam folder.

Click the “Confirm Email” button.
