Solve the captcha.

Attach any files to support your request (optional).

Click the “Submit” button. 

DigitalMediaSolutions will send you an email to verify your identity.

4. Click the email confirmation link

Go to your email inbox and find the email from DigitalMediaSolutions.

Click the “Confirm Email” button.

Your DigitalMediaSolutions opt-out request was submitted.
