1. Go to the Diligent website and click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer
Go to http://diligent.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer.
2. Fill out the form
You will be redirected to an online form. Fill it out.
Enter your full name, email address, country, and state/province.
Select your relationship to Diligent.
Confirm that you are who you say you are.
Provide details of your personal information request.
Attach any supporting documents (optional).
Click the declaration checkbox.
Click the “Submit” button.
Your Diligent opt-out request was submitted.
