To opt out of Ekata, you must complete an online form and verify your request by sharing a code sent to your email address and phone number. Your request should be processed within 30 days.

Opt out of Ekata in nine steps. 

1. Go to the Ekata website and click “Do Not Sell My Personal Info” in the footer 

Go to http://ekata.com/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

Click “Do Not Sell My Personal Info” in the footer.

2. Fill out the form

You will be redirected to a page with an online form. Fill it out.

Select your request type.

Enter your first name, last name, country of residence, and state.

Enter your email address.

Click “Get Code.” Ekata will send you a verification code to your email.

3. Go to your email and copy the code

In a new tab, go to your email inbox and find the email from Ekata (it will come from “GDP_SENDER”).

Note: If you don’t see the email from Ekata, check your spam folder.

Copy the code. 

Note: This code expires in 10 minutes.

4. Paste the code into the form

Go back to the tab with the online form.

Paste the code you received from ekata. 

Click “Verify Code.”

You will see a checkmark beside your email address.

5. Enter your phone number

Continue filling out the form.

Enter your phone number.

Click “Get Code.”

Ekata will send you a verification code to your phone number.

6. Go to your phone and note the code

Go to your messages on your phone and find the text from ‘MASTERCARD.’

Note the code. 

Note: This code expires in 10 minutes. 

7. Type the code into the form 

Go back to the tab with the online form.

Enter the text code you received from ekata. 

Click “Verify Code.”

You will see a checkmark beside your phone number.

8. Finish filling out the form

Add additional information (optional).

Click the “Next” button.

9. Review your request and click “Submit”

You will now get to review your request.

Make sure all the information you entered into the form is correct.

Click the “Submit” button.

Your Ekata opt-out request was submitted. It should be processed within 30 days.
